No Return Policy on Window Film

We do not accept returns on film that has been ordered or delivered. The only exception to this policy is if the wrong film is delivered. If you receive the wrong film, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct film to be sent to you.

There are a few reasons for this policy:

• Window film is a delicate product that can be damaged during shipping. If you return the film, we cannot guarantee that it will not be damaged in transit.

We understand that this policy may be inconvenient for some customers. However, we believe that it is the best way to ensure that you receive the correct film and that your order is processed as quickly as possible.
